Nominations for Prolocutor need to be filed on the appropriate nomination form before 4:00 PM today. At 7:00 PM the nominator of each candidate will have 3 minutes to introduce the person. Balloting will continue through the evening session if necessary.

For the afternoon session you are asked to sit at tables assigned and listed in the material you received at registration yesterday. Please take your papers to your new table before lunch and return promptly at 2:00 PM.

Members, partners and spouses who would like to join the General Synod choir please meet at the stage in the plenary hall at 1:15 today. Also, any who have brought musical instruments please meet at the same time and place.

Meal tickets are required for the box lunches.

Deadline for reception of resolutions is 5 PM Tuesday, June 1 st.

Deadline for removing resolutions from the no debate list is 5 PM Tuesday, June 1 st.

Reminder of re Rule of Order #18a on voting;

“When the question is put, every member present except the presiding officer, shall be required to vote on the same, …”

(There is provision for those who have a conflict of interest, to declare such and abstain.)
