Subject: Committee and Council GoalsMoved By: The Very Rev. Peter Elliott from the Diocese of New Westminster Seconded By: Note: The mover and the seconder must be members of the General Synod and be present in the House when the resolution is before the synod for debate. BE IT RESOLVED: That this General Synod request all committees and councils to develop specific directions, goals and plans for the next triennium (2004 – 2007) using as a reference point the Baptismal Covenant and the “Framework” and report on their plans to the Council of General Synod in May 2005 and on the progress of these plans to the COGS meeting in March 2007.
